Board of Directors - Responsible for the maintenance and management of the property on either side of the ARC Parkway, including the trees, the fence, the landscaping and the monument signs. The Board has appointed committees to assist with the responsibilities specific to these areas. Board members are volunteers appointed through annual elections. 

Landscaping Advisory Committee - Monitors the landscape renovation to ensure that areas renovated are as per contract and that plant health is monitored and dead/dying plants are replaced, Recommends types of plants for specific areas, inspects the work performed by the landscape contractor to ensure it is of high quality and that routine maintenance activities as pruning and soil treatments are completed as identified in the contract. Ensure fallen branches and trash are picked up and that irrigation repairs are timely and effective. This committee is also tasked with reporting issues with the sidewalk related to trees or drainage or other safety concerns. Keep the parkway looking good.

Tree Advisory Committee - Monitors the trees along the parkway looking for signs of distress or disease. Also identify and report any safety concerns to the board. Review and identify any tree limbs that are touching our fence or rock columns. Landscaper will be asked to trim. Review the Tree Management Plan requested by the Board and make recommendations for tree removal and replacement. Tree locations to be identified by the fence post tag nearest the tree. Keep the parkway looking good.

Fence Advisory Committee - Monitors the fence at least weekly. Keep a record of issues identified. Report any immediate repairs needed to the board. Develop a fence replacement strategy so that the aged fence is all replaced over the next few years. Identify potential contractors. Identify fence area in need of repair by the tag number on the nearest fence post. In addition to the wooden fence, this committee also monitors and records and reports repairs needed to the rock columns in the fence line. Keep the parkway looking good.

Monument Sign Committee - This group has taken responsibility to finish adding lights to each sign. Additional duties will be to maintain the lighting and the appearance of the signs. Keep the parkway looking good.
