- What are the boundaries of the parkway?

On the East side of the Parkway the northern extent is at the boundary of American River Estates and ARC. The southern extent is at the boundary of American River Canyon Cluster Homes and ARC. On the West side of the Parkway the northern extent is at the boundary of the apartment complex and ARC and the southern extent is at the boundary of American River Canyon Cluster Homes and ARC.
- Who owns the fences?

The fences are the property of ARCMA.
- Who owns the sidewalks?

The sidewalk and the roadway are the property of the City of Folsom.
- Are there CC&Rs for streets in ARC and do you enforce them?

There are CC&Rs for every street in ARC. They are not enforced by ARCMA. They can be enforced by any owner in that CC&Rs area. There are also municipal codes in the City of Folsom that cover ARC.
- Where can I get a copy of CC&Rs for my street?

You should have received a copy of the CC&Rs for your property when you purchased it. A copy is available from your title company.
- Who do I call about a burned out streetlight?

ARCMA maintains that area. The olive tree area is maintained by the City of Folsom Parks Department.
